    EFI settings

    i was just wondering what your efi settings are, mods, and location. i'm trying to compare my settings to other peoples setting. i'm running 71.0mph at 7170 rpms in the summer heat in destin, fl with my efi settings at 6,6,1.5,7

    I have an island 14/20 at the same rpms and can run 73.5+ all day any day. Stock head, stock reeds, stock timing. Efi set at 2,3,1,6. South Louisiana heat.
    1200 grate yeilds 72.5+.

    4.8.2.7 im running 69.6 but im going to try a d/f 14 20 (should break into 70s ) just not sure about this nujet yet augusta ga southern humidity

    What are your rpms??
    I'm interested to see what happends when you run a DF. I think you have a lot to gain.

    curious, why is there such a deviation in the efi setting numbers? thought 5517 was the normal setting... I see some are lower and higher???...

    7010 to 7020 that nujet killed my rpms never tested with stock prop so im just going to buy a d/f

    5517 is normal for a bumped compression motor like the Riva Stage II kit. Also, it's good to note that in efi controllers the potentiometers can vary.

    I could technically remove my fuel controller and run around with no problem. That is why mine is set so low.

    how is your holeshot and acceleration?

    Pretty freakin good. Comparable to a Stage 1 RXP. RXP will holeshot me and I'll catch him right away in the midrange and the longer we run the more I pull away.
