    Cam Timing

Need some help. Replacing a head gasket on 06 rxt and need some help on the proper way to set cam timing when putting timing chain back on. Have manual which shows correct placement of timing marks but is vague on how to time to crankshaft. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

put the forward most cylinder at top dead center. use locking tools, or else you could be off a tooth and not even know it.. if you use the locking tools it is idiot proof...people have used drill bits in place of the locking tools, but it's not reccomended

you could remove the pump nozzel, and the plastic grease cone, there's an allen head there which will turn the motor
