    Carb volocity stacks

hey guys im new to the site just a question should i take off factory carb cover or leave it ov i have 2000 xl 800 just looking fot a little extra

Leave it on, you have to do quite a bit to the 800 to feel a difference.
Not worth the risk of water intrusion with it off

...Best to start with some hull tuning before touching the motor....check for trueness in the hull and get the rideplate dialed to Jim's Performance or Carl at Island Racing for some really trick Rideplate wont be disappointed.
