Grease for supercharger install?
(I searched for a while, but never found the thread I thought I had read this advice in.)
From the factory, there is a coating of grease (Super Lube, I believe) on the motor side of the supercharger. I am finally putting my ski back together and wanted to know if I need to put a seal of the grease where there is a slight gap on the motor side of the supercharger when I install it?
thanks in advance!

if your talking about the SC snout (gear end) that goes into the PTO housing, then yes, coat that whole surface where the O rings are with waterproof grease.
not only will this help with slipping the SC into the PTO cover, but will also help prevent corrosion from water/salt water and sticking the sc housing...
