    Saved a lot on PWC INSURANCE

    Guys, I just changed from Progressive to Markel Marine and saved a LOT of money...

    coverage for our three boats (20 foot Godfrey and the two RXT's) was costing me about $1,600 a year with Progressive. Had one claim over 4 years ago for theft, total claim was $600. Never had an accident.

    Markel Marine has me covered for all three vessels, same deductible and coverage with $300K liability and total loss replacement on all three for $813.

    I went with Markel because one of our GH members says he made a claim for $2,000 and never had a problem with them.

    Ought to see if we can get a GreeHulk member discount going. Probably at least a 100 members here that would do that.

    "So easy, a SeaDoo owner could do it"....LOL

    Do they have "fixed value" coverage?? I have mine insured with State Farm, and they have the ski valued at $15,000......for the life of the policy. $33/mo, including $5000 medical coverage, and 300,000 liability.

    Yes, fixed value. You are paying $400 a year for the same coverage I am getting for $252 a year. Markel Marine has me covered for the same coverage with $300K liability, $5000 medical coverage and total loss replacement for $11K per ski plus the trailer. I am getting this coverage on TWO skis for $504 per year.

    That's a pretty good deal. Might have to look into that. I just don't know anything about that company though, and have been with State Farm for years, and never filed a claim(knock on wood).

    Better picture;
