    Yes i called them.

I just tried Ronnies again and they can't help me

    Nobody has these parts.

Wiring has to be replaced due to a melting issue.

Warranty is covering it and the bill is exceeding $4800 with labor.

I got sick and tired of seadoo dealers around here so i took it with me to vancouver and the machine is at a great shop which they seem to understand the DI ...I Told them to try to warranty as much electrical as they can and i'll pay for the rest.

Every peice of electrical on this boat is getting replaced.
    And i mean everything!
If this doesn't work im going to take a baseball bat to it and enjoy every minute of it

Have you tried xtreme powersports, there price is 1900.00 us for the parts you need? http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....?Type=12&A=110
In the amount of time its taking cant you just replace the burned up wires?or did it get plugs also even if it did you can buy male and female plug ends .I know buying a whole new harness is much easier ,try john at Jetski haven or a few of the other salvage shops for a used set if you cant find new!!!JMHO>Marvin

I have tried every online place i can find.

I have found the front harness and the rear one which are already ordered and due in tommarow.

The middle harness i'll just leave..There all new wiring already but the dealer wants to completly start over..So ya.

    Machine might be running tommarow.

    #4 MPEM tommarow...hope it works.

Your new dealer sounds about as bad all the other ones you took it too, reading on other boards... the new guy is just another parts swapper and that will always be a sign that they don't know what the heck. That being said I am sorry you have this huge problem.

All the parts have already been ordered.

    Oh and...

#4 MPEM cooked as soon as they installed it.

    Wiring is the problem.

Question: On a 03 xpdi if the trim is all the way down is it normal for the boat to try to dive under water??? The nose goes under water like a foot and then flips you off. And the machine leans to one side really bad..like your going to fall off. I just find that to be somewhat interesting seadoo would sell such a machine.
