am i missing anything ?
I have spent well over a solid week night and day researching over 3 different forums and putting together what needs to be done and so far this is what I have come up. But first i will give you a little background with the ski the, it is a 2003 GP1300R PV EFI all stock. The last cylinder connecting rod bearing failed. When it failed it took off the cylinder skirt and also cooked the piston and ripped the head to shreds. Pistons 1 & 2 have blow by and light scoring nothing major. So here is the plan please let me know what i am missing or what also should be done when I have it completely apart.
Head Riva OR R&D Iím not sure yet what do you all recommend??
Cylinder work Millennium boring and recoating $770
D-plate R&D SR20.com $64.95 with chip
Gaskets Stock Highlands Yamaha
Crank Hotrod Water Worx $570
Pistons Pro X 85.00mm not sure I have to find a company maybe Millennium $400ish
Nozzle R&D ad-discountperformance.com $112.
By my calculations my displacement will be 1327cc. Iím leaving the EFI stock from what I have been reading it should be ok , do I need to remove anything from it? Iím getting rid of the intake silencer and putting a K&N with outerwear on it. the exhaust manifold I might port it just a little. "should i or leave it alone?" With these mods should I reinforce my pump hull? Is there anything that Iím missing or would recommend with this rebuild? Thanks!

You dont buy the pistons @ Millenium. You buy pistons and then send them with your cylinders. They will set it up from there.
It is 84mm you need not 85.
Do the reinforcement and upgrade the pump shoe brackets at the same time.

nozzle is a waste of $$...buy a sho one off store for less than half the price from A&d

I want to go 85mm just for a slight bore 84 is stock whats the fun in stock. For the EFI controller would i really need it? its not ported or a big bore kit what would be the reasoning behind it? sealing the pump i heard makes it slower if you do not make other modifications. the only reason i would replace the nozzel is that i heard they fail after a while. the sho nozzel works perfect?

I would get the new crank trued & welded !Just a little insurance(also waveater clips and couplers won't hurt either)
