2004 RXP Carbon Seal Replacement
I know how good you lot are at doing step by step breakdowns on how to do things. So, has anyone done a carbon seal replacement and got a step by step? I have got and read the workshop manual but I was wondering if anyone has done one without the 'seadoo tools' and if there is a better way without the tools?? Piccies would be great too!
If someone could help, I love them long time....

If you are going to reuse the floating ring then put a shop towel on it because the channel locks will scratch it. Rest the block on the hull and against the PTO Seal Bearing. Use channel locks as a lever and push back floating ring. With your free hand spin the C clip so you can pry it out with a small screw driver. In this picture I have removed the SC for service and am changing the anti freeze but you can do this by just removing the two SC hoses
