Broken vent barb on 4-tec fuel pump
Somehow my barb for the vent line on the fuel pump has broken off. Nothing listed in the on-line store as it looks like it is molded into the fuel pump
Any ideas on how to get a barbed fitting through there ? I was thinking of a small through hull type fitting.

secure the hose that goes to this vent, dont just let it flop around in the hull like i've seen in some pictures here and there.. it's ABS plastic, it fatigues pretty easy

I also broke my vent line off of my fuel pump and all I did to fix it was stretch the fuel line on over the lower, thicker part of the base and clamped it on. It has been there with no issues for 30+ hrs.
Oh and you probably broke it off when installing the rrfpr if you have one.

broke mine too. 1/8npt x 1/4 or 5/16hose barb. just carefully drill and tap the old hole. don't tighten it too much or you will break the plastic
you probably should use the new nipple to pressure test the tank once you get the filler installed. cap the pressure regulator and add air thru the vent nipple. 3 psi is standard test pressure.

Bill, I broke mine too when swapping hulls. Just use a double ended barb fitting. I ground the broken area down to get a flat surface, tapped in the fitting...works fine.
