    Where to buy spark plugs??

Does anyone know where I can get a set of Denso spark plugs on the East coast (preferably in or near Florida)? I would like to get them before the weekend. I would call PPG, but I really don't want to have to pay $30 a plug when there on-line for $11 each. I'd appreciate the help....

I got mine from PPG for around $90 including overnight Sat. delivery.

I think they were $15 each. I gave up looking at the parts stores.

Autozone is the biggest Denso dealer I could find, and they could not help. They could not cross the # over to their stock # and wanted to know what they fit.

I told him a Ferrari since he had to look and his replay was "Mys computer donít shows no Feararry????"

    Good Luck!

What's the purpose of running plugs diff from the OEM?

Iridium is one of the strongest metals there is. They last exceptionally long and produce a better spark. In the car world, we don't see much of a difference in using them until you hit around 550rwhp...but for guys over that, they almost all use them to make sure they have a spark.

If you're modifying your RXP, it's cheap insurance to ensure that you're getting a good burn in the cylinders.

Denso's site lists these dealers in FL for motorcycle plugs :

    MOTORCYCLE CLINIC
    411 E. Donegan
    Kissimmee, FL 34744
    Tel: (407) 846-7508
    Email: HDDOCTOR@aol.com

    SMG DISTRIBUTORS
    11000 N. Florida Ave.
    Tampa, FL 33612
    Tel: (813) 932-2546
    Email: rreyes@smag.com

What is the part # or stock # of those plugs? No problem running them on a stock motor?
