Installing WORX Intake Grate question
I'm going to replace the stock intake grate with WORX intake grate, which I bought it used from Josh, one of the members here. According to the service manual and WORX instalation instruction, the first step is to turn the jet ski on its left side to remove the ride plate. I looked at the ride plate and see that I can remove all the mouting bolts out while the jet ski is on the trailer. So why do I need to turn the jet ski on its left side? The reason I ask because if I need to turn it, I need to make sure that I have someone available to come and help before I unscrew the bolts.

No need to turn it on its side, you got the right idea.............

just slight it back some on the trailer if need be.... attach it to the vehicle and keep the winch strap taunt so it doesn't flip up on you.
make sure you use silicone to seal the rideplate and grate to the hull once you remove and replace them
