    Four Year Waranty

I don't know if this has been posted, but, I bought a FZS about three weeks ago. I stopped at the dealer and he said that I would have a four year warranty. He actually wrote it down. The new full size brochure is also out.

Wow, now this is what we need. I don't feel quite as bad about spending more than a good car cost a "few" years back if they warranty it longer than 10 minutes.

Good deal. It's actually 5 yrs total...1yr factory + 4yr extended. When I bought my GPR they had a deal 4yr for $360, but on my SHO there was no Yamaha incentive and they wanted nearly a G note for 4 yrs and about $750 for 2 yrs. After getting bent over on the sale price, I decided to take my chances and skip the ext warranty. Congrats on your purchase.

Same here, I wonder if it can be added before the year is up? My experience with extended warranties is that they try to make everything your fault and not covered, don't know how yamaha is.

Yes, you can add the Yami YES extended before the original warranty is up. I was told not to go a day over or you will not get it. I saved the cash and will get it a week before the one year anniversary date.
