    Question need advice about fuel filter for 1200 gpr year 2000

    i think i found the fuel filter for my 2000 1200 gpr. when i removed front storage compartment it was right underneath the handle bars area it is clear with a knob on the bottom. my question is how do i remove it and also where is the lowest cost to get replacement? chime in everyone please. also iam looking for someone in the atlanta area to teach me or learn from on how to work on basic pwc repairs/add on. thankyou all.

    That is a water drain, unscrew that plug and drain anything in it out. The fuel filter is right next to it, oval shaped and hoses going in both ends which are on the sides.
    The replacement is available at the dealer or here at GH, use an original as they are made alot better than "some" aftermarket ones. Expensive though, seems like $20 or so.
