    tool

    I need to MSX 140 2003 and be able to align the engine and remove the Driveshaft and CARRIER BEARING




    PW-46593 DRIVESHAFT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION TOOL,


    PW-46592 PUMP/ENGINE ALIGNMENT ADAPTER

    2871343 PUMP/ALIGNMENT TOOL

    If the pump mount to the hull(the 4 bolts and silicone)hasn't been removed,and the shims on the motor mounts haven't been misplaced,you shouldn't need to align it.Why do you think you need to align it?You can remove the 4 long bolts and remove the pump(change props,etc) and not have to realign. Unless you removed the engine and didn't keep the round shims in the same place.

    Watcon what I need is the tool to remove the Carrier Bearing Driveshaft and repair it, there is an Update for models MSX 140 2003 to align the pump with the engine, which is the # tool I need to

    Be sure to check the driveshaft splines at the pump end and abnormal wear at the "fingers" on the driveshaft hub, some of the 03's certainly had some driveline issues.

    Tool needed

    Aha,
    I wasn't paying attention... Please post the update, and I will see wagt tool you need as I most lilkely have them in stock.. I don't remember any special tool needed..??

    I will be on a business trip November 5th – 8th. I will be back & open for business as usual on Monday November 10th.

    This will probably help.
    It has the up-date and testing procedure with the tool part numbers.
