I have quite a lot of cavitation out of the hole with the R&D, i just put up with it. From what i read the worx was supposed to be better...

I'm still running it. I have not had a cavitation issue but it could be my riding style differs from yours.

No cav for me either.....I also run an untouched 15/22R Solas.....Where are you launching at on the VTS.....I found that one notch up from the bottom was my best holeshot on my setup...Anything higher and the boat leaps out of the water like a freakin gazelle. My R&D used to cav with the solas in but when I was running the R&D with the stock prop it would only cav once in awhile....Who knows some people have had better results with a stock prop.....I have not had any issues.....

Here was my test of the grate....

You could have sealing issues with the rideplate or pump shoe.

out of the whole seems fine but im using it for cc racing.
out of the corners almost wide open throttle seems low on drive.
When racing its seems to lack out of the corners maybe just need to alter riding style after running stock intake.
