How many hours do you have on your rxpx? At 64/65 you're running slow. Stock, you should be running bewteen 66/69. I have two rxpx's, one ran 66 stock and other 69.7 stock. The difference in performance seems to be that one ski's s/c oiling system injects too much oil into the s/c and as a consequence restricts air flow into the engine.

ahh, my speeds are a combo of bay and ocean riding in Miami.

Stock, the most you'll see if abound 67 or 68, in perfect condtions, with low fuel. There are some on here that claim to have gone faster, and maybe they have, but your mph is right where it should be.

    I'm running 69mph average with just a free-flow exhaust and a re-pitched stock prop at 8100rpm.

Most people report 1-2mph top end loss in salt water. How are your weather conditions? Hot? Humid? What about water temperature? There are a ton of factors that come into play.

It will open up more after 10 hours. Might gain 1mph.

I think it's running fine. You want to be turning 8000 RPM for best top end on the X and you are only 100 RPM off. It will open up more and you could gain 100 RPM. Ride more worry less.

your ok, you ride the type of weather i do, people achieve 69mph on stock rxpx in calm water (rivers) and maybe fresh water, ours is different, salt water slows and and big waves you wont make thoose mph on stock

65 mph in long waves in very good
