    82 PSI pop off?

This is a 2000 XL800 with power valve. I just built a pop off tester and I tested the needle valves, they bought open at about 82 PSI. Seems to be too high, am I missing something? Isn't this suppose to be around 40 PSI? one more thing, what jets should I use for premix? What do you guys use for premix?
    Thanks

sound's about right if it is 1.2 Needle and seat with gold 115 gram spring. These are what comes in the stock set-up

Yes it is stock 1.2 needle seat. Should I change the jets if I use premix (32:1)?
