This can be normal and fixed easily, but we need some more info.

What is the condition of the wear ring?
What intake grate are you using?
Have you sealed the pump shoe and installed a pump plug kit?
What impeller did you put on?

Any other mods on your ski or is it close to stock?
What did you do to your old impeller to lose that much top speed?

    Well

The wear ring was good !! SS wear ring
I just bought this GP I dont know what kind Intake have!
I did not put pump kit
I noticed the pump was sealed with silicone that's good or I should use some gasket betwen the pump and the shoes?

I don't know much about yamaha I have 2 rxp but it's kind different

    Any idea I'll appreciate! thanks

the pump needs to be sealed properly, the best way to do that is with a pump plug kit and tube of 4200 caulk

    look here: http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...roducts_id=153

enter "grrenhulk" in the coupon for 10% off
and the tube of 3m 4200 (or 5200) quick cure caulk is 20 bucks at west marine.... i would let it sit for a week or so to completely dry or the caulk will blow out....
