    Welcome to the Hulk.

Is it the full Virage MFI display that you are looking for?
Does it have the PERC Electric Reverse and Compass?

What is your display doing, or not doing?

I will make no promises, but if you send it to me, I will see if I can resuscitate it.

I would not be able to get it back to you for a month or more, and will only ship it back if I can get it working.

PM me if you want me to have a go at it.
I will send you my NY shipping address.

If I get it fixed, we can work out a reasonable price.
If you decide you don't need it back, then I will just keep it.

In the meantime, you can shop for any Polaris MFI display, from any model Virage or Genesis, with or without the compass and reverse indicator. They will all work in your Virage.

Can you post a picture of the face of your broken display, and the part number on it?

Depending on your part number, I have a good used working unit for 185.00 plus shipping. Let me know what your part number is if you're interested.

Sorry about the high-jack but this is the same type of problem, kind of. My MFD off A 2000 Pro1200 has condensation on the inside...is there a way i can dry it out?? I have it removed and it seems sealed tight the only way water could have gotten in is around the buttons or threw the 8 pin connection. it works but is somtimes erratic and the speed o meter once the mfd is woken up it starts at 0 and climbs to 66 in a matter of 30 seconds(without the craft being started or even in the h2o). So if there is anything i can do it would be appricated.
    many thanks

There are several excellent threads regarding MFD repair. Search and you will find them.
Note that you cannot (unless something has changed) use the built-in search system for three letter words.

You can use Google, with the command site:Greenhulk.net before the search words MFD repair

There was also a Polaris service bulletin regarding some defective MFD that had pin-holes in the electrical connector area.

Following the posted instructions, you can carefully cut open up the MFD case, dry it out, clean up any corrosion, and probably get it working again.
