    Jetworks Control Valve Questions.

Which valve size diameter should I get? 1/4 or 3/8th's? This is for my 96xp

Where are you gonna install it ??? Do you have stock exhaust ???

Stock exhaust. I guess I am not 100% certain how this functions. I know the theory behind it, but not how/where to install. I was under the impression that it replaces the stinger in the waterbox?

Any help in explanation of how this all goes together?

If you are keeping the stock WRV then you don't need the Jetworks valve. If hard-jetting then the flow valve would go on the stinger.

Stock 800's dont have a stinger water fitting.

Dont waste your time with the FCV on a stock pipe.

I think he means to hard jet the water box not the pipe.

Correct, we talked briefly about this on the phone. Hard jet and forget is about the only part that I remembered lol.

Man, nobody wants to help him out?

I'll try. This is on my 97 GSX with a spec2 setup so the water routing for the stock pipe routing may differ.

1st off, remove the water valve on the box.
Throw a 3/8 45 degree barb on the box.
I used a fuel primer jet (about a #150 jet) inside the 3/8 hose going to the waterbox
Put the flow valve inline between the "T" & the box but before the jet.

Water IN to a strainer & then a "T" to the water box & pipe water IN.

You need a filter of some sort for the water IN line or you will get sand in there & plug the jet & you'll know it's plugged when it's too late unless you know your ski very well!
This is the only downside to hard jetting the box.
    It's easier than it sounds..

Someone with more experience with the stock setup will set me straight if i'm wrong.
