Any interest? 2004 RXP
Just curious to see if there is any interest in my 2004 RXP. It was my Limited Class ski for the 2007 Race Season. Since I bought another '04 RXP for Open Class and a RXP-X for Limited Class it has been ridden much. I don't have a dying need to get rid of it, but it would be nice to have some extra $$ to racing.
Currently APBA & IJSBA Limited Class Legal. IJSBA Stock Class Legal with a Stock SC and APBA Stock Class Legal with both a Stock SC and ECU.
It ran about 73mph the summer of '07 on Lake Anna with a 13.5/17 Skat-Trak 3-Blade at 8400rpms. I since then put a 14/19 Solas 4-Blade in, but havent had alot of time to tune it. Last time I had it out it ran 71.5 at 8000rpms. Should be a 74-75mph ski once setup properly.
I'd like to get between $6,500-$7,000 with the trailer.
2004 Sea-Doo RXP
Custom Corvette Pearl White pain
Around 140 hours total(had about 80 when I bought it)
The modifications done to the ski are:
- 2008 Sea-Doo RXP-X Seat
- Rotax Racing Stock Class ECU 8450 Rev Limiter 58 Hours
- Rotax Racing 158 Degree Thermostat
- Rotax Racing Valve Train Shim Kit
- Rotax Racing Heavy Duty Front Motor Mount
- Sea-Doo Centre A-kit Supercharger Wheel
- Sea-Doo Centre Metal Supercharger Clutch Washers
- Riva Pro-Series O.P.A.S. Block Offs
- Riva Pro-Series Sponsons
- Riva Performance Power Filter Air Intake
- Riva Intake Grate
- Riva Oil Catch Can & Breather
- Solas 14/19.5 Impeller
- U.M.I. 90 Degree Water Bypass Fitting
- Modified Ride Plate: Race Legal Skegs, Ride Plate Holes Filled, 1” Extension
- Extended Stock Handle Bars 28” Width with UMI Finger Trigger & ODI Grips
- Hydro-Turf Traction Mat Kit & Side Lifters
For those interested I have a Stock SC that was rebuilt by Mitch as a spare just in class one of the SC on my race skies failed that I can throw in and I have a set of the RR valve spring retainers/shim kit for those looking to up the rev limiter.

I think I've decided just to put it back to pretty much stock.
Only performance parts going to left on are:
Riva Intake Grate
Riva Power Filter Air Intake
Solas 14/19 Impeller
UMI Finger Throttle + Extended Stock Bars & ODI Grips
Riva Performance OPAS Block Offs
Hydro-Turf Mat Kit & Side lifters
Modified Stock Rideplate with Race Legal Skegs, a 1" extension & rideplate holes filled
Trimmed Reverse Bucket
Possibily the water routing from the IC for a pisser & the drilled out yellow reducer washer
I'd like to get somewhere between $5,500 and $6,000 with the trailer with the above parts still on it.
Should have it back to pretty much stock and in the water this weekend.

This is a great boat guys. I have ridden it and it runs great. Scott takes great care of his skis.

Thanks Chris. Hey if you decide to take your '06 and make it into a limited ski I've got a SC with your name on it.
Almost finished putting it pretty much back to stock. Basically it'll be a Riva Stage 1 minus the wedge with a modified rideplate, OPAS removed, Finger throttle, X seat, Hydro-Turf Mats, a stock ECU and SC(riva metal washers and hasnt been on a ski since it was rebuilt).

Here are some picture I took of the ski like 20mins ago.
I did get some time to put it in the water and run it for a bit saturday. Air was about 70F and water temp felt like it was in the 60s. Really windy out so I couldn't find a good calm spot to do runs. I did manage to pull off a 68.8 and a 70.0. Ski ran good from what I could tell rpms were 8100-8150 with no cavitation off the line. This week I plan on going through the ski again just to make sure everything is tight.
