    Nice connecting rods!!

A word of advice to people that buy these rods for Seadoo's.
You need to do major rebalance work on the crankshaft to use these connecting rods.

yeah, as in remove MORE weight from crank and c/b shafts Light to no-load throttle response is greatly improved. I can not believe the difference in weight on the seadoo rod.....it's like going titanium

Good point. Gotta love going into the motor. Whole different ball game, not just bolt on and go.

That is a big weight savings for the SD motor. So who's dropping the coin and getting these puppies?

When I was rebuilding the ski I got with a hole through the block, I was thinking about putting them in my ski, I asked here about them about 6 months ago and people were telling me the stock bottom end is overbuilt... hmmm maybe I was on to something.. We used to put these rods in raptors, etc. They are awesome parts...

OK, I'll ask what everyone else is thinking, "How much faster will this make my ski?".

    No I'm not serious.

    Can't believe that

I know i am new to the Seadoo world, but I have alot of experience in the automotive field. I would like to ask Carillo why 3 rods cost that much. They are just aftermarket H beam rods. You can normally buy those H beams $350-500 for a set of 8. I have a set of Oliver Billet Rods $1000 for a set of 8 for my car. I know the market for Seadoos is smaller than the auto field and that may make them alittle higher than normal, but come on..that is way to much.

I am NOT knocking Jerry..I am knocking Carillo. Jerry has no control of Carillo's price.

I would like to know the Seadoo specs on a rod. Pin end,Big End, Width,Length. The weight is the same as most car rods.
