Sealing for dplate?
It says in the instructions that you should use threebond 1211 for sealing up dplate when put back together. I dont have any of that laying around but I do have threebond 1194 instead. Will this work? Also seeing as I have the whold exhaust apart am I supposed to get new gaskets or can I just use the 1211/1194?

I didn't use any sealant at all. I put a light coat of grease on my old gaskets and reused them.

As long as the gaskets are not damaged you can reuse them.
Spray them with Permatex copper spray-a-gasket, it's a hi-temp sealer.
I have done this on 3 of my boats with no problems.

I reused the OEM gaskets with a light coat of grease never had an issue, I have done this on many skis.
