    What's recommended maint on a 1992 PWC?

I have an all orig 1992 750SS that we bought new. It has always, and still does, run great. Since nothing major has ever been done to it, are there recommended things to do to keep it living?

I was concerned about items like the crank seals. I understand that if those go, it can end badly for this old timer. I don't know how long I can expect the seals to last. There aren't a ton of hours on the ski, but it is 16 years old.

Or we can just run it till something breaks, we don't use it all that much any more, but it's fun to pull it out once in a while.

So, any tips or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Keep an eye on the spark plug condition to see if it starts running lean from crank seals or trash in the carbs. Run a compression check, too.

Run StaBil in the fuel at the end of the season to prevent gum in the carbs, and fog the engine. Put the battery on a trickle charger and plug the charger into a timer that allows it to run 15 minutes per day.

biggest issues are fuel and oil delivery

    if you have not:
    1) Replace all fuel lines
    2) clean and rebuild the carbs
    3) Replace the oil lines (make sure there are no cracks or bubbles
    4) Cut spark wires back 1/4" and reattach the boots
    5) Replace the plugs every year
    6) Rebuild the fuel selector switch, lubricated the internal o ring

Lean run will burn the engine
    No oil will destroy everything

    Good tips, thanks!

When replacing fuel lines, what do people generally do for hose clamps? Is there an easy way to get those original ones off? Do you just replace with normal screw type hose clamp, or buy crimper setup?
