    gpr stock carbs,,anybody running bigger than 135 jets?

    gpr stock carbs,,anybody running bigger than 135 jets?
    this is my set up now
    130 psi -stock motor... speedwerx tripple pipes..1300 reeds...riva air filters....pro tec cdi(advent going in)
    13/19 concord -i think,,,
    but at 2 1/2 turn out on the high speeds --i just get half a pinkie nail size wash
    i want bigger spots damit !!!!!!

    Triple pipe jetting w/ stk carbs
    135 mains
    105 pilots
    115 gram pop off spring
    2.5 needle and seat
    sea-doo fuel pump (internal carb pumps disabled)



    was going to install a cut stock head from jim ...
    BUT how big on the mains do i need to go?--if i dont like the wash now???

    Not sure where you would need to be with a triple but to answer your question...
    I'm running 115/145's on stock carbs..

    Might not be much of a help cause i am old school, but I always went up 10 on the mains. So if drew is running 145 on stock, which I dont know if thats large or not, I would try 155 then go down from there. Just an oldschool thought sorry.

    Here is Ferchos suggestion from back in the day, sound about right to me.

    1200 GPR single piper ported or not, Flame arrestors, Advent CDI Yam 84 Engine, No accelerator pump

    For a Triple Piper 1200 add 20 to the main jets.

    Stock, Novi modified, Prok Atomizers or RPM modified (Stock Bore)

    110 Pilots
    120 Mains
    1.5 N/s
    95 Gram Spring

    Buckshot modified stock carbs to 46MM Bore
    130 Pilots
    117.5 Main
    2.3 n/s
    95 Gram Spring

    Kris, I'm running stock carbs...not stock motor..

    I thought maybe matt was asking if there was a limit to how big of a jet you can run with the stock carbs before you hit a wall...
    I've often wondered this myself..

    Had some here that came off a triple 1390, they were 2.5 N&S 120 pilots 150 mains

    modified stock carbs 110p/145m 1.5ns 95gs 42psi pop off on single pipe perfect piston wash for my heat conditions. Installing triples in a week or so and will go up to 155 on mains.
