    07 RXP broke 85 mph in kuwait

    hi guys i finally broke the 80 mph limit thanx to jerry
    i tested my ski today after rebuilding the engine and i ran 80.6 mph all day long and i was all over the rav limiter with the rpm raving between 8620-8640
    the ski has the following modifications :-

    RIVA RXP Pro-Series Power Filter Kit
    RIVA Power Cooler Kit
    RIVA RXP Pro-Series Fuel Injector Kit 50
    RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit
    RIVA Pro-Series ECU
    RIVA RXP Valve Train Upgrade Kit
    RIVA RXP Top-Loader Intake Grate
    RIVA Pump Wedge
    RIVA RXP VTS Extension Rod
    RXP Pro-Series Reduction Nozzle
    RIVA Pro-Series Sponson Kit
    RIVA O.P.A.S. Pro-Series Block-off Kit
    rude charger
    15/20 impeller repitched by jerry
    open loop kit
    piranha front solid engine mount

    future modification will be the pump extension and the riva water box

    Now install the 2rude and the taller pitch impeller and go break your new record

    Can running open loop in salt water cause problems to the ski?

    You should flush it after every ride to prevent corrosion.

    Keep in mind that every Sea Doo ski before the 4-tec's all ran open loop as well as all competing manufacturers.... Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda.

    like what jerry said if u flush the ski after every ride u wont have any problems

    ok thanks, just wondering as i ride in salt water also. What gains do you get from running open loop?

    well the weather is extremly hot in the middle east it reach`s 140F in the summer so i think its better to go with the open loop to cool the engine

    plus with open loop you can run a faster open loop ride plate
