You want a manual drop nozzle? I have one on my GP that is made simply from a lever, cable and spring. It utilizes the stock trim assembly in the rear of the ski. I will post pics tonight pretty easy to do this mod.

    Bill,
is that a heavy tension spring that you can get at a local hardware store, was wondering how much tension is on that thing. Just to clarify the nozzel is normally up and when you pull the lever it points the nose down?

Yes the spring is heavy duty, I did not do this mod it came on the ski when I bought it. Yes the nozzle stays in the up position, you adjust the cable to set it at desired height. This works great for hole shot with these skis.
