The HOLESHOT KIT makes tremendous bottom end power due the the exhaust exiting rapidly upon whacking the throttle. On some skis this may result in a low-end bog and may require additional fuel to compensate.... therefor may need a fuel controller.

If your ski happens to be one that develops a bog, and you feel you can "live" with a bog then no you wouldnt need a controller.
