any gain doing reverse bucket mod?
just wondering what the gain is by doing the reverse bucket mod? I am running a wedge on my ski.

I never noticed any gains on either of my skis..BUT once you add a wedge you force the jet up higher with the potential for it to hit the bucket..Add a wedge and take some GPS numbers and then cut it,GPS it again and see what and if anything has happened..Even once you cut it it isnt gonna effect your performance negatively.

it's easy..all you are doing is cutting away the semi circle..I used a jig saw and sanded it after

My 2001 RX had the oem bucket already with that area trimmed. I wonder why seadoo filled that area in when the rxp's came out
