A Casper the Matrix Update- new Bilge Pump/Outerwears

My battle with water getting into the hull,
next up remounting the sponsons- Jay told me the holes go all the way into the hull (I had taken the stock off to try out the GP ones and remounted the stock ones), replacing the through hull seal, Getting the seat adjusted tight (It has popped off its mounts a few times then remounting itself during riding hard) and getting some type of cross bar made to stop the seat from hitting the top pipe when my ass slams down on the seat during rough riding, Getting the drive shaft cover back on or a another type of cover over the drive shaft/coupler area to deflect any water from getting spun by the coupler to the air filters. This is what I believed happened this past weekend while testing in some pretty rough Ocean conditions and after talking with Al and Jay about the problem of water on the filters-the majority on the PTO air filter. The drive shaft cover on my '03 Matrix is metal and the top screw hole out of 3 is striped out -DanO told me his '04 150 cover is plastic?

The outlet in line with the charge plug and triple pissers
(Al thats not a scratch-just the reflection)

A 500 vs my Virage's 360-Way down there hard to see cuz of the pipes, had to stick the camera down and shoot blind

The out pipe brought up high then down to the outlet (with the tie strap- will change that to black)

From left to right-no cover, an old cover, one which developed a small tear, and the new Outerwear that covers the top for added rough water protection-but you can't see the Polaris name

I'm think that one is right, without looking back, the spring faces outside towards the water pressure direction.

    Thanks for the pictures Pirate!!
I'm still working double shifts but I hope the crew is back on track and I can head out early today. If I have the drive line tool I can bring it with me if you want to change it out this weekend.
    Talk with you today.

Never knew I was being filmed, would have done my hair
50-70 wind gusts that day, R&D grate and 2 deg wedge on Casper...would have been a great day to try out the JD grate

I stole this one of Dubz on his big old 250 from the Kawi forum here on good old GH getting a pretty rough ride the same day even for a 250
    turn in UP!
