    Leaving to the darkside!

I have left to the darkside, we bought a 2006 Yamaha sx230, drove from Canada to Arizona and back, making a good roadtrip/holiday out of it. Ran the boat in the Colorado river for a day, this thing is sooo much faster out of the hole than my 06 180cs with Greenwheel and 4" intake. I really wanted a bigger boat to smooth the rough water that can appear on our lake, and the increased cruising range since we have ~800 miles of beach. I really enjoyed the 180 this year, but next spring I'm going to sell it, and I'm looking forward to the Summer!

On Lake Diefenbaker, it is a huge flooded resevoir of the South Sask. River, upwards of 200 feet deep, clean water with nice sandy beaches too!

Nice boat. I've been looking at the SX line for the last few months. My Sportster is way too small for lounging on the lake and Yamaha has a nice setup for that. Hope it works out well for you!
