COLD water riding
I need to make an adjustment to my machine, and i'd like to do it before the lakes freeze. Ski's are water cooled, I know cold-er water is good when riding a ski because it will cool the hot engine down, but is close to FREEZING, like high 30's good to ride in? Id like to test out a few things before winter, but if it's not good for the engine i may not even bother...

Be careful and let it warm up fully before you hammer on it. I have heard that ultras dont like real cold water. Coldest I have ridden is about 50 deg water.

I've ridden in cold water with mine but you MUST let it warm up. My heads will change temps but I'm not sure how much.
