    Quick Question

I just bought another GPR... I 2001 with 120 hours on a freshly rebuilt motor. It's the wife's toy, but I want to give her a little power to keep up...

If I pull a layer out of the head gasket, will I need to run 91 octane?

    Thanks.

you should be able to go to 130-135 psi. and be safe for 87 oct. fuel any thing over that will require higher than 87 oct. A 1200 gpr has a 3 layer gasket remove 2 layers IMO. You may can cut the head .030 to help you get to 130-135 psi.

Thanks... I plan on leaving this one pretty stock... Just seal pump, D-Plate, and waveeaters... I might do a few other things... Only if I have to...
