    2008 FX SHO Cruiser RECALL

Hey everyone, Well took my new ski into the dealer for winterize and they called me today to say there is a recall just released for the lines connecting to the fuel rail. My ski has 0 hrs on it, but i wanted to get it done after getting some input from the GOOD people in here. Well, they said the fuel line recall required 2clamps on the hose instead of one. Not sure since i havent really look under the plastic cover, but they said all parts would be in about a wk from now. Might want to check with your dealers on this recall...

Thanks for letting us know about this. Not a big surprise. There are posts all over GH about the fuel lines popping off. Because of this I check mine before each ride, along with checking the oil.

I did take the plastic cover off the other day to check mine.....it seems nice and tight on there, but there is a ridge in the metal pipe forward of where the rubber pipe goes on.
The ridge is about a 1/2in or so forward of the rubber pipe.......is this normal?
Are others like this is is my rubber pipe meant to go further forward over the ridge?
Is it slipping back with use?.....it's done close on 50 hours now.
