    Inlet Jumpers

    Check out this pic :


    Do you see where it says "New South Jetty". That is the shallow area where the water turns.
    When they dredge that will fall down a bit. Thats when you'll see fishing north to south and also alot of dolphins (at the very beginning of season).
    Times like these, especially with strong west winds, that area is really shallow so you'll see the big roller wakes and waves turning right there.
    The point where they are the biggest is the point where water is the shallowest (around 5ft right now).

    you also see big waves when you go out during a hurricane. dolphins are common at that time as well because they eat the fish that get brought in. then you have some idiot that lands right next to a fin and starts screaming shark when it is just a friendly dolphin...

    yeah party island was cool. I went there this year for the first time in the long time and was like, what happened? thought i was lost. Totaly different.

    aaron remember when the roller caught me on the side and rolled me throught the inlet....right where i was i was standing...accept when a wave came thru....but right where my ski was it was only bout 4.5 to 5 ft deep
