i think id go for the Umi System, thanks though. have'nt gpsd. lately. but latest one was 62.6 in lil chop. Full Tank membering the grate slows me down in calm water..
i can tell you my holeshot is impressive, ive got Stock Ultra's n BigBore GPR;s beat..
topend wise expect a bit more in chop, while superman & cooler waters. 2morro Nite have sm new numbers hopefully.

take off the aquavein and take a look at my "15f budget project" on a full tank of fuel i'm running 66.0 GPS and 69 on the buzzer. other people have had the same results. rider weight 180, air temp 75 and water temp 75
But of course the 06' in Kawi Green is faster. It might have to do with the different cams in the 07+. but take the scoop grate off and you'll get atleast 2 mph in calm water

have you ridden with a UMI? if i remember you had the 15F neck, an STXR neck, and a chopped down STXR neck on your boat.... the umi is not just the height of the neck but also the angle of the neck as well as the amount of throw it gives the rider for the steering nozzle
the umi is personal preference depending on your riding style but the major advantage is the metal bearings vs. the schitty plastic ones in the oem unit. having the plastic bearings go is almost as bad as snapping a steering cable
it also places the rider more forward on the boat to flat turn it like the old seadoo X4 XP's and the XPL's.
the next step from the RPM kit would either to go to the endurance kit or go with the vortech kit. you may want to also look into a turbo set-up as well... it's a little more costly than the s/c but is more rec rider friendly in some aspects
