    petrols octane levels??

    does using petrol with higher octane levels make much of a difference on skis?? i use the standard petrol in my ski which is around 87oct but i was going to use 95oct but it is 5p a litre extra and i was just wondering is there much point paying the extra. ie do you even notice a difference other than it cost more?

    Octane is rated differently in different parts of the world.

    Here is some info.

    Make sure you are using an octane equal or higher to the recommended level for the engine, after accounting for the different rating systems.
