    Do I Have To Winterize?

My ski is kept in my garage which does not go below freezing. Should I winterize? If not, is there anything else that I should do?

I just give mine a good fresh water flush and pull the battery to put on a battery tender. Also put in some stabil and run it through. That is all I do, doesnt get below freezing in my garage where its kept and dont ride in salt water. Never had any issues before. These 4 strokes are alot less upkeep than the 2 strokes. I dont treat the ski that much diffrently than any other motorcycle that ive owned, never heard of fogging any bike for winter storage so I dont do it to the ski.

Fogging is a good idea, if it sits more than 30 days at a time...............

That's what I do. My ski is in the garage so it won't be exposed to the outside cold air. I put some stabil in the gas then let it run to get the stabil all through the fuel lines and injectors. I crank it up every couple of weeks and let it run about 20 sec. or so. Thats about all the winterization I do.

Jimmy nailed it, just insure that the water is out the best you can and stablize the fuel, also follow the advice of fogging more so the SC.

I dont see much below 40 deg here so I kinda get lazy, that and I ride doing testing through the year.
