    wear ring

    finally got around to pulling the pump off of my 95xp to change the wear ring. thought i would post up pics of how bad it is. also, at the end of the drive shaft, there is alittle oring type thing that is split in half, just wondering if it is worth replacing?

    Yes, it's a rubber bumper, it sticks into the end of the driveshaft. It's there for a purpose, so yes, you need to replace it.
