No timing advance plate for the Sho engine?

I havn´t read about a timing advance plate for the Sho engine like there is for the 15f.

Or a timing keyway like there is for the Gpr.

Would it not work on the Sho engine?
An advantage with a timing plate over a new ECU is that it would be "Stock legal".

    What do you guys think?
The 250X boys get a 1.5-2 mph increase and better acceleration doing their Timing advance mod.

In the pic at the bottom you can se the keyway on the SHO:

And here is the 3* keyway on the Gpr:

As mildly tuned as the SHO engine is, this just may be a winner.

Most of us 250X guys advance the timing 6 degrees.
It really wakes the ski up and gives much better acceleration and over 2.5 mph increase on top end.
The Kawi has a timing rotor on the front of the crank and all we do is elongate the slot on the rotor where the pin on the crank fits through.
Here is a pic of a stock and modified timing rotor.

Can't do it with stock ECU. The Riva ECU will directly replace the stock unit and improve areas such as timing, fuel and rev limit. They hope to have it ready for an early spring `09 release.
