Hey Guys. I just bought a 2006 F15. Got a good deal here at the end of year ,and havent been able to ride it yet (I just stare at it in the garage-lol) I just changed the oil (amsoil marine 10w40). Right now at Canadian tire (Im in south Ontario,Canada .they have a sale on Formula One synthetic oil.Its only $15 for 4 liters (compared to the $50 -60 ) I would normally spend. My question is -they have different weights, but no 10w40.Would it be ok to use the 10w 30 or the 10 w50 ? I would like to stock up at this price.

On the lable on the back of the bottle there should be a circle. In the center it will list the viscosity. Just above, still inside the circle, it will say "API SERVICE" followed by the letters: SJ, SL, or SM. SJ is bad, do not use. SL is a lil better but SM is the best. It's cold as balls in Canada so go with the 10W 30. The 10W 50 is too thick.
Keep in mind what the great philosopher Confucius once said: "You get what you pay for." Good luck!
