I hate thiefs!!!!
Got woke up last night by a phone call from my neighbor telling me that my alarm on my truck was going off. I went out and turned it off and checked if anything was missing. Nothing was gone.....so I thought maybe it was a fluke. I checked the windows thinking slim-jim and saw no marks. When I got home from work I went out to see what could have caused the alarm to go off. I put the key in the lock to unlock and the key just turned. And then I noticed a hole under the lock. WTF So after calling the police, making the report (they said it's being common for thieves to break into vehicles and steal all the electronics) and cleaning EVERYTHING out of the truck, now I'm just going to get drunk.
Also the police stated that Dodge vehicles are easy targets

My truck got broken into the very same way..right up under the handle where you couldn't notice....they took ALL of my stereo equipment right down to my subwoofer box under my truck seat IN THE BACK......all in the parking lot of my job...

so they set of the alarm and then took off? You lucked out if nothing was taken. Just need a new lock...
I had a car stolen from my driveway once. It was a honda (surprise) about ten years ago. It was stripped down to the frame and found in the "little puerto rico" section of Bridgeport, Ct.
Of course I had no receipts for stuff because I was only like 19/20 at the time.. so I took a huge loss and I was already a poor college student....
Happens to all of us.. usually its the honest people who are the victims.

I was at a busy mall a few years ago and came out to this(see pic) ,, the repair was a frigging nightmare because I let Geico use their shop! what a hack job! paint match sucked and clear peeled a year later so I took it back and they sprayed it again! the Geico on site reps are useless and you never see them! hell I rejected the repair the first go round because it was so bad
I will never let them pick the shop again!

PS My viper alarm saved my vehicle! otherwise the theifs method would have disabled the factory alarm by fooling it into thinking the Key had been used .. lame , the idiots got nothing but they left their greasy ass face prints all over the windows peeking in

Yes I guess I was lucky that they hit the lock linkage the wrong way and set off the alarm....But it still sucks!!!! Now I have to make a special trip to the body shop and be without the truck while it gets fixed!

that's just horsesheet right there...
BE FOREWARNED: Dodge and Honda ARE the easiest...
Take it from somebody that knows (but don't even bother asking how)
DODGE: pop the cylinder, BYEBYE...
HONDA: slim jim in UNDER 10 seconds...
