    Jet Works Mod

I am about to install the Jet works mod. The new one that does not need the through hull fitting.
Just like to say this is very cool mod, this is genious at work.
    I have 1 question:
At the end of the header pipe or expansion chamber near the stinger there will be a build up of water in my case sea water.
How do I clear the water after use?
Do I drill into the pipe at the bottom next to the stinger to remove the build up of water by way of the bilge pump? If I do,will I need to fit an isolation valve so it is only used when flushing out the motor?

Drill the bottom at the boss and bypass it out very low in the hull.
