Thread: what first?

So today I got my efi, ppk, prop, race filter, pet, d-plate and vf3's !!! Im excited!! What if anything should I install first? Or should I do it all at once? I assume I would want to do the filter, d-plate, and VF3's at the same time so I dont have to pull it apart twice?? Anything else I should be doing while I have it apart? Should I do the PPK and prop first and run it before everything else? Hopefully I can get everything moved into the new house and garage set up FAST so I can get working on it! We are also doing the same mods to my neighbors 04!

You just have to be patient with all those goodies
I made the mistake of installing eveything at once and when you think that something may not be working you dont know where to turn first.
Install one piece and take your reading at least then you know excatly what way it effects your ski. It may seem a pain now but its worth it.

i would get the messy PPK done and out of the way. If your looking to test each individual part - then take your time and one thing at at time if you want to. Heck, i am impatient - i'd probably do the whole damn thing before hitting the water since the stuff you have listed has all been proven to work well on the ski's.

Pump Plug Kit.
And I am impatient to and will put a bunch of stuff on at the same time. Hope I don't screw it up.

get your rpms before you do anthing, then after every step
I like your idea of doing the impeller 1st
Please report back, I would be intersted in seeing if the race filter and the PPK effect rpms / speed
