I'd say you're knocking on the rev limiter pretty close. Time to repitch. Awesome results.

There's quite a few threads concerning how to repitch and some very knowledgeable members here too. I'm just a dummy so hopefully someone will chime in. I believe 1 degree of added pitch at the trailing edge equates to approximately a 100 rpm drop. I do think you'll find a little more speed in that prop though.

    Welcome to the forum

NIce report. I am running similar setup.
It is real easy for the ski to be running 8,160+ and it be on the limiter and you dont catch it.
It is easy to check if you use your throtle and back off and you will see that it is actually running same rpm with less throtle. I found the soft limiter a litle bit more to get use to on the 08.

I say your ski is running good, if your on limiter add pitch and you should pick up some more speed.
Are you running stock nozzle or longer nozzle????

stock nozzle. Do you think I should get a smaller ring 81? or play with the pitch first.

you have the right nozzle for speed.
    I would add pitch.
