Is there an A/M ride plate/shoe for XP?

Had to pull the ride plate/pump shoe on a '96 XP and it's corroded pretty bad. Soooo... I was looking for an aftermarket plate for this ski & haven't been able to find one. Did anybody make one for this ski? If not I'll bead blast & powder coat this one. I did want to find one w/o the speedo opening and maybe a bit longer & stronger.

I think R&D made one Ziggy, but it didn't handle as well as stock.

You should be able to locate a used one in good condition if yours is too bad.

Thanks! I knew I could count on you I didn't know if my search was just missing something, or if this was just too small of a market to make it worthwhile to manufacture, especially if you can't do better than stock

I'll throw this one in the blasting cabinet and see what's under all that corrosion. The working surfaces are OK, the corrosion is mainly around the front side of the pump ring where water has been allowed to sit. If it's not too bad, then I'll just make a speedo plate and powder coat the whole thing and call it good.

Just a suggestion, you can use JB weld stick and fill in the pitted areas around the pump tunnel. Sand back smooth and powder coat.
