    07 RXP Throttlebody

Just pulled mine off and am sending to Ross to get them cleaned up.

This was a big deal on our Yamahas. I hope it helps my four stroke.

I did a base line in a very small lake. Friday afternoon, temps around 75.

Rxpx prop with 2 millimeters taken out.

Seat off fuel on buzzer standing stright up 8100 rpms @73.5.

Yesterday with full tank, seat on and carring my son 7900 rpms.

The lake test will be very easy to duplicate. There was just enough room to see the 8100 and then you had to let go of the gas.

got me all confused with these plurals and THEMS in regards to 4-tec throttle bodies... u got a RXP with more than one throttle body??? just bustin ur chops...

anyway... what are you "cleaning up" exactly or looking to do?

just boring it out or trying something more than boring it out and replacing the butterfly?

    Shibby,

All I know is he did not make them any bigger for the gprs. They hit harder everywhere though.

    Ross,

    I sent them today.

I hope so, I do not know how it could not, there is only one of them.

Did you test those larger ones you pictured?

Will a bored out throttle body need a programmable ECU to work properly with the air sensor? or can it be run with stock/Riva/Rotax ECU?
