    Need home security system help

I need the existing security system (DSC 1550) ripped out and updated (panel, keypads, programming). I'd rather pay a fellow forum member to do it on a weekend than someone like ADT, etc.

    Any takers in Houston?

    Boogie,
whats up my brotha. Kimberlee works for ADT and has for 21 years. She has connections in the Houston area. Give her a call 409-782-1257. She can hook a brotha up!

Wont the new alarm company ADT,ext, remove the old system and replace with theirs ? Years ago Protection one did me like that, no charge, all part of the package deal.

Let me know how it goes Boogie, I need to revamp mine too.

Hey Jeff! That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid - a three year contract for $35 a month. I don't want monitoring, just a noisemaker.

I'll call Kim tonight at my usual time...Thanks!

Please do! If you can afford her you can have her and all her years of techno experience but HIGHLY doubt it!

house was already prewired. They did have to change out a module because we don't have a landline. Our phone service is all Internet. But they did supply the box.
