Going to Miami for The Orange Bowl

Going to the Orange Bowl for New years Week. Looking for places and people to ride with. Last year pulled down from Va and found out idle speed only on inland water ways. Is this true this year? Where can I ride? GO HOKIES!

So do you still have to go idle speed in the canal because of the manatee?
