    Splitting the hull (RXP)

And yes, i did a search.

Any one here get her done? I thought it would split like a two dollar hooker, but it's a no go. There is a sh*tload of glue in there. I think i'm going to go cut the whole lip off and run my sawzall blade through it.

    Tips/tricks?

Make sure you have all of the rivet husks out of the holes. Use a heat gun to heat up the glue from under the rail and pry between the upper and lower hull with a pry bar starting at a rear corner or were ever you think you can get the best start. Once you get it started it should get easier. Take your time and be careful not to crack up the gel coat.

    Hope this helps!

It'd go a lot easier if it were a Super Jet, but glue is cheap and BRP didn't intend for these things to seperate.

Best advise is to do as speedskixp said, but you'll probably have to sacrifice whichever side you aren't planning on using. My guess is the bottom will be replaced by a GPR hull? If that's the case, then cut it away as close to the bond line as possible, then you can heat & pry at much smaller pieces.
